Legal Stuff.
Sagewise 66 (Pty) Ltd has filed two South African provisional patents
and one U.S. provisional patent. These patents will be filed as completes
in December 2005.
Patent (1) Cold Cathode
This patent covers the design and manufacture of Cold Cathode
artifacts. In particular the use of n-type doped diamond
as a precursor substrate material is protected.
Patent (2) Room Temperature Superconducting
Artifacts
This patent covers the design, optimization and manufacture
of superconducting artifacts. The patent covers all materials
that superconduct above 200†K. The design criteria allow
the designer to select any critical temperature. The design
logic allows one to determine if a specific chosen material
can be optimized to be superconducting at the chosen critical
temperature.
Specific examples are given for devices that utilize diamond
as a substrate where the super conducting pathway is on the
diamond surface.
The design logic covers both types of superconduction i.e.
(alpha-type) superconduction above 200†C and (beta-type)
superconduction at all temperatures.
The patent discloses and protects the design of a superconducting
and superluminal transistor.
The Future
When the patents are published and hence enter the public
domain the complete specifications will be made available
on this website.
