This private intellectual property holding company was formed in 2003. The company has an exclusive agreement with Professor J. F. Prins to all inventions and I.P. that arise from his endevours in the field of superconductivity and cold cathodes.

The purpose of the company is to protect and exploit the above I.P. for the benefit of it’s shareholders. The main shareholder is Professor Prins.
